As a convenience to our patients we accept many Insurance plans, Unions and Vision Programs. Exact coverage will be dependent upon the services provided, your eligibility on the date of service, and the benefits outlined in your plan. If you have specific questions about your benefits, or your insurance is not listed below, please feel free to contact us. We will be happy to assist you. We understand that insurance companies can be confusing. Our staff is here to help you.

If we don't accept direct assignment for your specific insurance and/or vision program, we will be more than happy to provide you with detailed receipts to optimize your out-of-network reimbursements.

Vision Service Plan (VSP)

VSP is the largest, most prestigious vision network offered to private eye doctors only. As a VSP provider we offer thousands of available frames and the latest technology of lenses for your glasses or contact lenses. VSP covers many groups fully for exams, glasses and contact lenses. This program also provides most of your needs outside their programs at the most affordable pricing. For more information visit www.vsp.com.

Eyemed

EyeMed has a large number of programs that provide either discounted fees or reimbursements for routine, non-medical vision care services and materials. Some of the EyeMed plans simply provide a percentage discount off usual and customary fees while other EyeMed plans have more elaborate and extensive coverage that provides allowances and/or discounts on glasses, contact lenses, and vision care services. These patients are eligible to get glasses and contact lenses annually if your prescription changes. According to federal law, patients are responsible for 20% of all Medicare transactions.

Medicaid

Both of our American Vision offices are accepting Medicaid for exams, frames and lenses if you qualify. Please call and make an appointment with our doctors. Monday through Friday only.
